Membership Rules 2012

 

       . All members must be in possession of a current EA license. 

 

  • Members must abide by the rules of the water being fished in addition to any additional Club rules

 

  • As a condition of membership Match Group Members must have at least one go on the club’s weekly bonus ball fundraiser.

 

  • All new members must serve a minimum of one year’s probationary membership

 

  • Any member bringing the Club into disrepute or doing any thing that may bring the Club into disrepute will be banned for a period of time which will be determined by the committee.

 

  • The Clubs year will run from January 01st to December 31st

 

  • An AGM will be held every year as close as possible to the Clubs end of year

 

  • All Match Group membership fees must be paid by 31st January each year, if not then membership will be offered to any potential member held on a waiting list.

 

  • An Extraordinary Annual General Meeting can be called if 51% of the Clubs membership submits a written application to the Chairman

 

  • An executive committee shall consist of a Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer; dual roles may need to exist.

 

  • The committee shall consist of, as many members as deemed necessary to run the club.

 

  • Each Club member shall have a single vote and in the case of a shared vote the Chairman shall have the casting vote

 

  • In all matters the Committees decision will be final

 

  • The executive members shall have the power to create honorary positions

 

  • Any complaint by members must be sent to the secretary in writing within 48 hours of any incident.

 

  • No member to fish the pool without paying either day ticket rate or part of members fees, any monies paid can be deducted from total fees.

 

  • Only Match Group members may vote on issues concerning Club contests
